Hi Just some thoughts You have two breeds of guides 1) well funded with dozens of paid editors and relationships with education and government 2) innovative grass roots initiatives These grass roots initiatives struggle and often fall by the wayside. However collaboration and connection with other grass roots initiatives help to keep them afloat I would be more than happy to help in keeping the london guide alive, but as the mailing list shows there does not seem to be anybody withing open guides who is free to keep it going.

Sorry guys, for the uber-newbie question: but how do I get rid of duplicate pages that I created. :/ Don't want to seem like I'm spamming. I'm on the London open guide directory (1st contact jobs duplicated like 5 times (!) ) Thanks

OpenGuides 0.65 released

OpenGuides 0.65 has just been released, containing a few minor fixes, and support for read-only guides. It's available on CPAN and in Debian unstable (if not now, in a few hours). Upgrading from 0.47 db schema

Hi all, I decided to have a quick play with some backups to see if I can get the Southampton open guide back up and running. Looks like it's at 0.47, and the DB schema is different (this install is from when CGI::Wiki was required). Is there a guide or reference I can use to upgrade the DB? Hi, It appears that http://saintpaul.openguides.org/ isn't serving openguides content any more. Can you confirm whether this is a mistake, or whether we should deconfigure the DNS and remove the link from the project home page? I'll deconfigure it next week if I don't hear back.
