Sorry guys, for the uber-newbie question: but how do I get rid of
duplicate pages that I created. :/
Don't want to seem like I'm spamming.
I'm on the London open guide directory (1st contact jobs duplicated like
5 times (!) )
Thanks
Not directly OG but maybe someone could point in the right direction.
I want to be convert the first part of a UK post code eg SE22 to a Long/Lat
of a point within the area. I don't mind too much exactly which point.
I have had a look at geocoding and have got myself very confused (fairly
easy to do). I think the issue is partly copyright, and partly the fact
that geocoding is country specicic.
What I think I want is a table of top level post codes to places. Once I
have that I can do the conversion.
Any suggestions
The organisers of this have asked me to pass on to people interested
in OpenGuides that we are welcome to come to this event. They don't
currently have anyone from OpenGuides or the UK.
The event is on September 25th to 27th (so quite soon) in Furtwangen,
Germany. Unfortunately I won't be able to make it, but feel free to
go along instead. More information is available from their web site at:
