The OpenGuides HOWTO is a good starting point.
Might be useful to have some documentation going over the responsibilities of an admin, the best way to accomplish tasks etc. I'd write one, but I'm kind of new to this :)
Your input as a newcomer will be most valuable. Please feel free to edit these pages - they are a wiki after all :).
That said, if you get stuck and need some answers, post here.
