Well, I'm a little concerned about spoofing at present. It wouldn't be
good if miscreants could get someone else's name associated with a
topic they really didn't want it associated with - say, a review of a
sex shop, or something. Of course, even with logins there's no way of
stopping someone registering with a different person's name, but at
least we would defend against abuse of the name of existing registered
members. I've had lunatics harass me on unsecured wikis by using my
name before, and it wasn't a pleasant experience.
