this same family of issues about to impact on several of our SPC sites.. I will be opting for Creative Commons for its ease of use and clarity of vision. This doesn't blow the issues away however and the absence of a license on recycled texts images etc.. will continue to complicate process.. once you step in, its all in..

But seriously, I am completely uninterested in the copyright issue. I'm only posting to say that I trust Earle's judgement on copyright and licensing issues, so will be happy to go with whatever solution he comes up with - but I don't care that much, so I'm also happy to stick with the status quo, if no action ever comes of this talk.
So people who do care - speak up now! And then do something about it.
