Maybe there should be a separate wiki for this sort of thing. How about openguides.org/pub (as in publicity or public rather than drinking establishment :). I guess we could always use accretion or collab.orative instead.

Documentation should be included in the source archive, IMO. But I'm one of those people who hates using wikis for everything.

I think it's fine - the dev wiki is there for us to get organised, and being a scratchpad for documentation that we are writing fits in under that.

Ah, I was reading the idea as "we work together on the wiki to write docs and then when they're finished enough they go in the distro".
