I notice from the dev CVS that 0.31 has a considerable number of changes. Any chance it can be released?

I would like a nice clean baseline for the geographical changes (UTM) I am making.

Also, I thought that the code had been changed to use CGI::Wiki::Plugin::Diff rather than OpenGuides::Diff. I will make this change as well.

I have fixed this, and committed my changes to CVS on un. I suspect that the change to wiki.cgi was never done.
