I am pleased to announce that we have a new feature on the Open Guide to London: category and locale maps.
In the navigation of every locale page and category page, you will now see a link to "Map of geocoded pages in this [locale/category]". This will take you to a Flash map showing all nodes in that locale that have a latitude and longitude in their metadata. My thanks to Mikel Maron for developing mapufacture.com, and the worldKit that powers it, which allows us to do this.

Very cool :))
I've found a URL munging bug at our end. Currently, the code does not handle categories and locales which contain spaces. At present, the URL gets the spaces turned into underscores, which doesn't work with action=index. Turning the spaces to %20 or '+' works - you get the chance to do this in the mapufacture page.
Example: http://london.openguides.org/index.cgi?Category_Beer_Gardens
