OpenGuides 0.70 has been released to CPAN. https://metacpan.org/release/BOB/OpenGuides-0.70/

The biggest change is we now rely on Wiki::Toolkit::Formatter::UseMod version 0.24 so that external links are now in a CSS class so you can format them how you want instead of being surounded by [].
