You want to be using private libraries for your dev work anyhow.

I always had trouble getting my test wiki on un to respect PERL5LIB for some wierd reason.

Anyway, you need CGI::Wiki::Plugin::Diff 0.06 and OpenGuides 0.31. Hopefully your diffing problem will go away.
