Before I start, lets all hear a hurrah for Google for finally admitting there's actually more than North America in the world. There's also the UK. Eventually they'll discover the other 6 continents.
With this new found mapness, and with clues from a hack already done in the St. Paul's guide, I've made a hack which, if theres an address entered, it will automagically add a link to the Google Map for that address. It will also add the other map link (which I've rechristened "Multimap map" - cos that is all we use, right?)
A good example of it in use can be found at: http://lancaster.openguides.org/wiki.cgi?Waterwitch
If you want to use it, I've tarballed the hacked template files at: http://lancaster.openguides.org/googlemap.bz2
The diff files can be found at http://lancaster.openguides.org/googlemap-diff.bz2 if you prefer them.

I did think of doing that, but it seems beyond a simple template hack.
I've also hacked further to create automatic Multimap links, these are worked out using the x and y coords. If anyone wants to use the template hack I'm using on OGLan, it's over at: http://lancaster.openguides.org/multimap.bz2
