It allows custom dialects to be implemented easily, so we wouldn't
have to worry much about our specific syntax (which is pretty much a
UseModWiki subset anyway).
This seems to be the opposite of what we want. It doesn't (as far as I
can tell) provide a way to generate HTML from wiki text, but the other
way round. Am I missing something?
