hello,
the list would be welcome to use the map room at limehouse town hall for a hackfest. it could accomodate up to 12 easily and has all requisite network, spare computers etc.
i found an old hackfest-organising page on the wiki and edited it.

There are a few things i'm especially interested in at the moment:
* Authentication / Authorisation * Integration with the [http://uo.space.frot.org/?LondonFreeMap London Free Map] services as they expand. * Connection to event listings from [http://b.evnt.org/ EVNT], [http://upcoming.org/ upcoming] and similar.
the open geodata project side of things will hopefully start coming together properly over the next couple of weeks. perhaps list members might be interested in the upcoming "Forum on Open Geodata" at the Stanhope Centre next Thursday, April 14th:

There will be a collection of people working on free mapping and geodata collection projects, and also a gang of policy oriented types who have had their GIS work shackled by government infolicensing practises, and some people doing 'civil society' work...
