I'm missing the "View all pages in Category Locales" link.
You can add that link by adding in:
@INDEX_LINK [[Category Locales]]
Or have the list displayed inline in the page by adding:
@INDEX_LIST [[Category Locales]]
I think most people prefer the latter, now.
