I don't think it's particularly important to update the version field on historical bugs, but technically, yes.
I won't deliberately go through and change them all, but I'll update any if and when I have anything to add to them. Maybe others could do the same.
Very few others can update the version for bugs, since you need a login to do that, iirc?
