OpenStreetMap tiles without pubs (etc) marked

So as I mentioned in the other thread, I have a new OpenGuides-based project in development. I would like to use OpenStreetMap tiles for this rather than the default Google Maps ones. I've got that part working thanks to this example: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Google_Maps_Example but I would like to have the tiles _without_ the automatic addition of pub/restaurant/shop markers (like the ones shown here: http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=52.204781&lon=0.128992&zoom=18 ). Does anyone happen to know if there's a way to do this? I'm hoping the answer is as simple as "use another tileserver, e.g. this one"... Kake
