I just got this trying to delete version 17 of "Wiki Etiquette":
DBD::Pg::st execute failed: ERROR: Bad timestamp external representation '' at /home/earle/downlode.org/perl/lib/CGI/Wiki/Store/Database.pm line 572.
Might be a CGI::Wiki thing.

Can you send me a database dump please? I don't have access to the server at the moment (I need Tantrix to set my password) and I can't replicate the bug with just the latest version of the node.
