Are database dumps available?
I currently spider for the RDF, but for the sake of your resources would prefer a more direct way to access it.
Even a list of all RDF pages would be better.

There's nothing automated or coordinated. You can certainly email the administrator of the guide you're interested in and ask.

(warning, large, approaching a meg) will give you the URLs for the RDF versions of all nodes. That won't include the auto-generated things like

though.
