A patch has been submitted, but to release it we'll need to bump the Module::Build requirement to v0.26+ as this is when the API was updated, which my patch uses.

I had to tweak the "munge custom lib path into scripts" stuff while I was at it - not sure at which point this broke, since I think I may be the only person using this feature, and I was on a pretty old Module::Build. But it works again now.
