Lack of an API. ;-) But that's not a "small thing". More practically, it would be good if someone took a look at the HTML/CSS from a mobile perspective - the current templates are very desktop-oriented, whereas I presume that actual use of OpenGuides sites is increasingly mobile. I hear the "responsive design" buzzword bandied around a lot these days...

Actually, from a mobile perspective, support for the W3C Geolocation API to allow me to search for stuff near where I am would be *hugely* helpful.
