[OpenGuides-Dev] Use of the name "Open Guide"

Dear Mr. McKillop,

It has come to my attention that you have created a site called "Open Guide to Glasgow", located at http://glasgow.openguide.co.uk/, yet you are not affiliated with the OpenGuides network in any fashion, including not using the OpenGuides software itself. In addition, your site is imitating one of our network's existing members (the Open Guide to Glasgow, at http://glasgow.openguides.org/). You are abusing our copyrighted marks.

I must ask you to cease and desist all such activities at once, and, in addition, to either yield or terminate your registration of the domain name "openguide.co.uk" immediately.
