Indeed. I was just checking that there wasn't any other reason that we shouldn't be using an older version of the module apart from naming conventions
I think that you might possibly run into problems if DBD::SQLite2 is already installed, which is why we haven't seen more occurrences of this problem.
The problem in this case was triggered by the slightly odd upload to Debian.
