On RecentChanges view, the not_editable variable is not set, so an "edit"
link is presented for the node, for which content will never be seen
because of special casing in the OG code.

The common categories and locales should be configurable, probably from
wiki.conf, as different guides have different common requirements.

Comment (by dom):
Nick has hacked together a rough "common categories and locales" thing for
the benefit of Torchbox's design work; it's possible that these two things
can be combined somehow.

visit the node, it appears on that front page recent changes list (but not
the main recent changes page).

Build.PL should skip some of the less important questions when first
configuring the guide, to make it easier to install.

If there is no meta data on a page, the containing div still appears.
This results in an empty box if you have a border around the metadata.

When viewing a node in category "Category" or "Locale" (or viewing an
index list for a given category or locale), the user should see a link
entitled "Create a new node in this (category|locale)". This link will
take them to the standard new page form, but will "remember" by way of a
CGI parameter or hidden input tag the relevant locale or category. This
will be pre-filled in by OpenGuides when the full node editing page is
reached.
