Comment:
The Wiki Toolkit feed stuff will now use the store's encoding, if no
encoding was supplied.
OpenGuides now supplies the http_charset to the wiki toolkit feed stuff,
if one's set. So, if you set a http_charset, it'll use that, otherwise use
the store's encoding.

To improve search engine visibility, we should populate the keyword meta
tag. More here:

FastCGI looks lovely, and has several advantages over mod_perl. It's also
easy to use CGI::Fast and have it work as a normal CGI program too.

#158: Start date and end date metadata fields
-------------------------+--------------------------------------------------
Reporter: earle | Owner: earle
Type: enhancement | Status: new
Priority: low | Milestone:
Component: openguides | Version: svn
Severity: normal | Keywords: metadata
-------------------------+--------------------------------------------------
We should have metadata fields for indicating when a node started to exist
and finished existing (e.g., something that has since been knocked down).
These fields should be free text that behave exactly like the category
metadata field, except that they only accept one value. This would allow
time slices of the site to be viewed, e.g. 1890s buildings or what-have
you.

In the oxford guide, some people have been entering the description of
their edit in the "one line summary" box (maybe it is badly placed but
that would be a different bug), nobody notices this because the only place
it is shown is on search results.

Changes (by earle):
* keywords: metadata => metadata meetup
Comment:
Have some JavaScript to explain to people why they should add a comment,
if they haven't done so already. Some kind of tasteful box should appear
next to the field, or something (NOT a dialog box!).
P.S. CRACK PANDA!

So we can do dropdowns / offer completions on categories, locales etc, we
need a list_metadata_by_type method
This needs to only return metadata associated with the latest moderated
version of the nodes, so as to avoid old and spam metadata.
Probably one for the hack weekend.

This is largely so that UK grid coordinate based guides work - they are
currently based on the Airy system but we need to feed Google Maps WGS84
data. For now those guides have to use force_wgs84 and have their points
out by some 10s of metres.
