[openguides-cambridge] Introduction

Hello people,

Sorry for the delay getting here. I'm keen to help out here (many of the very old photos taken with a useless camera of pubs and colleges were my own work a long while ago). I'm famously disorganised and episodic, though, so I'm not much of an organiser, I'm not even much of a member, though I do have epic wiki binges from time to time. I hope I can be some use despite these things as I think this is a brilliant project!
