Anyone with a strong opinion on the recent font size change to the London guide is invited to express it here: http://www.livejournal.com/users/nou/45145.html
Or here, of course. Go read that post for an explanation.

My browser is apparently not k3wl enough to allow me to vote in the poll. And while the openguides server is tracerouteable, it's not answering HTTP requests just now.

I feel quite strongly that font sizes should not be specified at all. _I_ have decided what I want the size, face, etc., of body text to be, when I set up my browser. If you change that, you are telling me that your layout is more important than my ability to use the site.

Now that it is, please count me in for "prefer larger fonts on the one browser I have (Firefox) where there's a visible difference".

Check the URL above again now there've been more answers - seems like most people agree with you. *Please* can someone persuade Earle to do the right thing? I don't have the energy.
