Is the area covered by the guide strictly within Greater London? I
believe that the registers we've posted are being required for
publication as part of the Licencing Act 2003, so should be available
through each Borough Council.

I don't see why not. That is if they actually ARE open 24 hours. I've yet to come across anywhere that's actually going to be open all 24 hours. Off licences maybe.
We can always have other categories, such as [[Category Late Night Drinking]]. We already have [[Category Earlt Morning Drinking]] for the pubs with a special market licence.

Agreed, Though some information is better than none at all. The fact that a pub has been granted an extended licence, might be worth knowing for booking purposes.
If the source of the information is available publicly on the Internet, it would be a good idea to include a URL.

Congratulations, you win a Superwhack pint of beer :)
http://london.openguides.org/index.cgi?Wiki_Discussion/Competition:_Superwh…
However, I did end that competition some time ago.
Looks like Leicester Square is the only page with the words "cross" and "keys" in.
The pub in the City is the "Crosse keys", which is sufficiently different for plucene to see it as a different word.
Ivor.
With the recent change to UK pub licensing, our "Opening Hours" data could be very important, especially if we are keeping it up to date, and seen to be keeping it up to date.
I suggest that anyone doing new write ups, or visiting pubs already in the guide, checks what the hours are/will be.
I also suggest adding a small entry to the body content, stating that the hours were checked, with a date.
Could also be potential for a few crawls :).

Done.
I've done this once before, but the changes were lost in September. Grrr :(
Hi.
Can I suggest that the following should describe the new (after Big Renaming )

Thanks for reporting this. What would be really useful would be:
* What operation you were trying to do
* The name of the page you were trying to operate on
Ivor.
I got the following error
DBD::Pg::db do failed: ERROR: duplicate key violates unique constraint
"content_pkey" at /home/earle/downlode.org/code/perl/lib/CGI/Wiki.pm line
