I think long detailed stuff on OGL should be stuff written by
customers rather than people directly concerned with the business.
I'm not against businesses mentioning themselves neutrally on the
site. We had an instance some time last year (I think) of a pizza
place that added themselves to the site and offered discounts to OGL
readers. We renamed the page and tweaked the content to fit in with
the rest of the site. Marna took up the discount and discovered that
the place was indeed very good, so she added her opinion to the page.
But long screeds of press-release-like stuff is not really in fitting
with the rest of the site.
