Looks workable. So I shall proceed to tear it apart on small details.
JPEG background doesn't match page background. Use transparent PNGs instead?
Circles should be singly annular, not doubly, for Underground stops.
Non-interchange image is a different width from the interchange image.
Interchange line colour is different from other line colour, I think - or is it just the black outline, which is unnecessary?
How about having a single "interchange" image and stacking (possibly stretched) line images above it, rather than having an interchange image per line and separate _top and _bottom versions?
