I notice that the supersearch script is erroring with a 500 or similar on the London site.
http://london.openguides.org/supersearch.cgi
Could someone who has access, please take a peek at the server logs and find out what is happening.
If it's a perl scripting problem let me know, as it's my code :).
However, I doubt that this is the case, as the same script and version of the OpenGuides site is running elsewhere with no problems.
Ivor.

OK, fixed.
"Search Results for beers 55 matches found, showing 1 - 20"
Lack of Parse::RecDescent since 5.8.2 upgrade. I caught most modules but obviously not this one. Sorry about that.
Whoever gets the log files for london.openguides.org I hope at least have these errors delivered daily - I upgraded a few days ago so it will've been happening since then. If they're _not_ getting those error logs, please drop me a line.
Paul, gets coat

That was a very quick fix. Nice one, paulm++

I'm curious as to who gets these logs and how do they get delivered.

# grep -i serveradmin /etc/apache/conf/openguides.org.conf ServerAdmin webmaster at openguides.org
# exim -bt webmaster at openguides.org [earle's email address] <-- webmaster at openguides.org router = localuser, transport = local_delivery
Is Earle actually still with us? I haven't had any response from him for ages.

In other words, they get emailed to Earle. (Paul - I don't think Earle likes having his email address put on the web.)

He's just moved house. Plus I think Fotango are keeping him quite busy :) Would it be a good plan to mail the London error logs to me as well?

(Fairy nuff. The exercise really was to demonstrate how to find out. Teaching to fish, etc.)
Email addresses don't appear straightforwardedly online with pipermail 0.09 (at last). Deleted anyway, http://realprogrammers.com/mail/openguides-london/2003-December/000096.html

Done. One of these days I'll finish the interface that'll allow people to do this autonomously...
