What does this mean : Follow the title link to see all pages about churches. It appears on some category pages such as http://london.openguides.org/index.cgi?Category_Churches

OpenGuides used to use the title of a page to link to a search for all pages linking to that page. (This is still possible, but the admin of a guide has to explicitly switch it on.)
This was useful before we had proper category support, ie the box on the edit page to type the categories into. OpenGuides grew out of previous wiki software that used a kludge to do categories - you would link a page about churches to a page named "Category Churches" by adding [[Category Churches]] at the bottom of it, and you would find pages about churches by searching for pages that linked to the "Category Churches" page.
Some of the data on the London OpenGuide hasn't been updated since those days, and this will be why you find such confusing pages. When you find one, add text like
@INDEX_LINK [[Category Churches]]
to it, and that will turn into a link to the list of pages in that category.
I apologise if this explanation lacks clarity; I have been fed much gin. If it does, ask again and I shall try to be more clear.
