As someone who was dead against the Sydney games, I changed my tune when it finally came around. The "Olypmic Family" is at best disfunctional, at worst utterly corrupt. The games themselves, however, were amazing, inclusive and great fun.
But, I wonder what kind of services OpenGuides can offer by 2012.
Should we make OGL multilingual?
Difficult to do well without lots of interest from people willing to translate.
Should we increase our sporting content?
Quite likely. There will undoubtedly be plenty of excellent information on other sites. Perhaps some method of linking the Olympics sites with information about places around them?
Should we get sponsored/go commercial?
Don't see why.
Anyone know what London's demonstration sport will be?
