A friend of mine did something similar a few years ago for a pub crawl; I very much like the look of it. It's at http://www.mesklin.demon.co.uk/beer/hccrawl.html, and he says:

The html code is public domain. Typography notes: I couldn't use New Johnston (the official LU typeface) for this, so I substituted Myriad instead. I hear that Gill Sans might be a better fit.
