I discovered two categories - Libraries & http://london.openguides.org/index.cgi?Category_LibrariesLibrary http://london.openguides.org/index.cgi?Category_Library . These seemed to be doing the same thing. The general precedence is for categories to be plural so I have moved the one in Library to the plural.
Can Library be removed
