That is the sort of thing to look for, but the following looks fine.

Yes, these are the two options at present. You can also get RSS feeds of the last x changes for a contributor, and all nodes in a category or locale.

Are these options documented anywhere. A bit of quick reverse engineering gives http://london.openguides.org/index.cgi? username=xxx; action=rss items=10; ignore_minor_edits=1
