Is there any guidance as to how to include images on open guides pages.
Matthew and I have collectively managed to make this page a bit naff (I
added the GEO coordinates) because the image is to the left of the map.

The google maps javascript is broken on IE:
Line: 120
Error: expected ')'
No map appears.
By the way, here's a reminder that the new page edit form is broken on IE (zero width box).
Google maps works fine on IE on nurflax.
London should now be up-to-date and running OG 0.52, including Google Maps
support. Something's a bit up with maps of category/locale entries, but
per-page maps seem to work alright - I'll try and get this fixed ASAP.
Please let me know if you find other bugs.
Cheers,
Earle

I'm meeting two chaps from OGMK on Wednesday evening. They are curious about how we do things on OGL, and about the OpenGuides community in general, and the big picture.
The plan is to rendezvous at the Head of Steam, 7pm, and go for a curry on Drummond Street.
Anybody from the OGL crew is welcome to join us. Please respond off-list.
My mobile number is 07881 858544.
Ivor.
London's server is apparently being brought to its knees by the OpenGuides
code. I'm taking it offline until we can come up with a solution.
Unfortunately due to an illness in the family and various commitments I am
not able to spend any time on the matter. I will however implement any
suggestions/patches I'm sent as soon as possible.
Thanks,
Earle

Subject: OGL load - ACTION NEEDED
Folks,
I need the OGL devs to implement a bypass for index.cgi and
supersearch.cgi and whatever else that will display a "max load
exceeded; please try later" page when the load gets above a certain
point. I suggest a threshold of 3.0.
Here's the context,
6345 www-data 20 0 8800 8796 1620 R 9.5 0.9 0:00.42 index.cgi
6329 www-data 19 0 16592 16m 2520 R 9.2 1.6 0:00.95 index.cgi

Everyone now and then Pg gets wedged and the load flies up. When this
happens OGL needs to back off.
I would really appreciate this happening ASAP. By ASAP I really do mean
the literal "as soon as possible". Please keep me updated!
(Sys::Load has a trivial interface, btw.)
Thanks, Paul

I have a zero width textarea to type into for content, categories and locales. See attached screenshot.
Firefox is OK, as that's what I use at home.
Editing pages with content already present is OK, just new pages that are a problem.

Cheers - that does the trick. As you say there are problems. I have
spotted two forms
- <a> and similar tags in the data
- & in the category name (eg Hall & Woodhouse) that should be escaped.

should work, but there's some rogue data in there that's breaking the XML.
