They follow the <link> tag in http://the.earth.li/~kake/cgi-bin/openguides/vegan- oxford.cgi?action=rc;format=rss , which links to the former. Looks like a configuration buglet on your end :)
If you update that, and it doesn't fix it, give me a kick.
