i dont think postgres should be the default database if you dont answer
any questions. If it is it should at least fill in defaults for dbuser
and dbname
I think we should go with sqlite as a default

Search engines are doing the wrong thing with old versions of the data. We
should tell them to noindex it through the use of meta tags
