If I go to edit that page, the Categories and Locales _are_ on seperate

I've sorted this page out. Looks like the category and locale lists got
mangled by some rogue browser or user agent.
%0A is a line feed - a Unix newline. This is not a newline for CGI form
data, which needs CRLF (%0D%0A) as a line terminator.
This happened once before as a result of an LWP script, see

No idea what's caused it this time.
