I'm still here. Lancaster's guide is down because I had problems with 
database load (similar to London's, I think) and partly because I 
haven't had the time to keep it going. If anyone ever found the solution 
to the database problem, it's not a big job to bring things back online 
(it's all still there, I just renamed the index CGI script)
