[OGDev] Anniversary meet!

Hello.  Apparently the OpenGuides project is five years old this month.  We
should have a meetup!  Is anyone willing to cat-herd for this?  If not, then
I will do it, but I'm really quite busy at the moment so it would be lovely
if someone else could.  All you need to do is find a date some time in the
next few months that as many people as possible can make (and it would be
best if it's one that me, Dom, Ivor, and Earle can all manage), choose
between Oxford and London, and then ask Dom (Oxford) or me (London) to pick
the venue.

If you've been wondering what you can do for the project, this is something!
