It isn't, but it certainly could be; great idea!

The code isn't quite ready to go into svn yet; it's being tested live
on http://london.randomness.org.uk/ at the moment, and I'll mangle it
into an svn-suitable version once it's had a bit more of a workout
(already found one bug today).
