I was looking at restricting POST access from within apache using 
ModAuthOpenID ( http://www.butterfat.net/wiki/Projects/ModAuthOpenID )

since most people we want to edit the guide get opendi for free with 
Livejournal. however given my OS of choice compiling the the prereqs 
didnt work. godamm linux and c++ weenies.

Ideally id liek the openid stuff intergrated into wiki::toolkit so it 
could determine editng and indeed admin rights.
