Thanks for the reply!  Did I miss any reasons?  I wasn't expecting to
be able to cover the entire range of reasons, it was just a list of
possible things, off the top of my head.

(I don't want to address any of your specific points until Dom's had a
chance to reply, since he's in charge now, not me.)
