There's also some overlap between the Oxford guide (rectangular) bbc and 
the Cotswolds guide to the north of Oxford. (Not too bad an overlap in 
terms of content, it's just that the boundary isn't a nice bbox)

Could be other cases too in future where two coverage bbox's overlap, even 
if the two guides have non-overlapping (but non-rectangular) coverage 
areas
