I generally don't when doing wiki stuff, because I can't be bothered to
learn any of the zillion different wiki markup formats.  I only use the
bare minimum to create links.

This is one of the few places where a clever Javascripty editing
interface might be useful - assuming of course that such a beastie could
be written to work reliably.
