Found via AboutUs, a directory of wikis and wiki engines:

There's already a page for OpenGuides; I fleshed it out a bit:

So far the only OpenGuides installs that have pages of their own are
Oxford, Milton Keynes, and the two London ones.  Oxford's is a bit
bare-bones and could do with some attention.  I'll add Vegan Oxford
shortly.
