Can you check that you only have one copy of Openguides.pm installed, and 
that the version of wiki.cgi is the one from the latest distribution?

Nope, we probably won't add one until it's finished

That depends on your css settings. We're hoping to have some nicer 
examples of the css to include soon, they're just not quite finished yet. 
Another thing that does look good is to put them just next to the nav bar.

new option on for new guides, but leave it off for old ones")

Allows people to give an image link for a node, which then gets rendered 
in a certain location (specific to your css). It works, but you need to 
tweak your css / use one of the new samples that aren't quite finished.
