Geocoder.us does this for the US. Google and Yahoo offer this for the
world, with typical limitations on use. MetaCarta offers a service which
will allow you to do this, but the license is non-commercial and the API
is not supported.
It's not impossible, but it's not 'Free' in the sense that OpenGuides
typically is.
